Shoppers are voicing their frustration following a change that caused listings displaying inaccurate size information.
The second-hand shopping app has altered its measurement guidelines for women's and children's garments failing to inform all users about the change.

Many shoppers and sellers have taken to social media claiming that product pages now present an altered size classification than originally posted as a result of the reclassification.
Vinted explained the revised method more closely matches similar services.
The platform has recommended to check their listings and adjust the sizing manually where appropriate, causing user dissatisfaction.
Sizing System Changes
Before the change, the sizes had both one number and one letter, such as S/8 or M/10.
The new system has a letter and a range for example S/UK 8-10.
In some cases, the sizing has been recategorised - like an L measurement was previously a 12 but currently displays as UK 16-18.
Member Experiences
One content creator, who creates plus-size fashion videos, stated the update "complicates both purchasing and selling".
"Rarely do manufacturers list XL as sizes 20-22," the way the service now categorizes.
Another user, located in Scotland, said garments she listed featuring size 14 markings were displaying on the service as larger sizing 20-22.
"If anyone [who is] size 20-22 buys them they may become frustrated," she stated.
Required Changes
Another shopper, located in England, stated she felt frustrated because the modification necessitated personal updates the sizes on "every single listing".
"Personally, this is quite irritating, since I have chronic health issues and platform income has been essential following partial earnings loss," she explained.
Service Background
The app has more than 100 million users, comprising 18 million UK members.
It has become a favored option versus similar marketplaces including eBay and Depop.
This represents another occasion where an unanticipated change on the platform has faced criticism: previously, the service retracted a modification regarding delivery choices after backlash from users.
