The Covent Garden Hotel's Saketini – Recipe
For an elegant surprise, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.

Makes a single portion
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
